What if the pro doesn't show up for the appointment?
You report it via the platform. The pro is immediately penalised in their rating, and our team offers you a priority replacement. No payment is charged until the job has taken place.
How does mediation work in case of a dispute?
If a disagreement arises with a pro (quality, price, delay), you start mediation from your client area. A Yoligo mediator reviews the case within 48h and proposes a solution. As long as the dispute is open, the payment stays on hold.
Does the AI really understand my need?
Our AI assistant is trained on thousands of trade requests. It can rephrase, ask for details, and identify urgency. If your need is complex, a human advisor can take over at any time.
Are my contact details shared with the pro?
