- First name, last name, email, phone number
- Postal address (for the intervention)
- One-off geolocation (only if you authorise it via the browser)
- Project description and any photos
- History of requests and interventions
Tradespeople
- Company name, trading name, SIRET, Kbis extract or sole-trader status
- Proof of identity (KYC)
- Professional liability and ten-year guarantee certificates
- IBAN and banking information (via Stripe Connect)
- Service area, trades performed, availability
- Identity photos and photos of professional work
All users
- Connection logs, IP addresses, browsing data
- Technical cookies necessary for the operation of the site
3. Purposes of processing
- Connecting clients with tradespeople
- Management of user accounts and billing
- KYC verification of tradespeople (legal anti-fraud obligation)
- Secure payments via Stripe Connect
- Transactional communications (quotes, appointments, invoices, notifications)
- Improvement of our services and anonymised analytics
- Compliance with legal obligations (accounting, taxation, anti-money laundering)
4. Legal basis
The processing of your data is based on:
- The performance of the contract between you and Yoligo
- Compliance with legal obligations (KYC, accounting, anti-money laundering)
- Your consent (for non-essential communications and geolocation)
- Our legitimate interest (service improvement, security, fraud prevention)
5. Retention period
- Account data: for the entire duration of the contractual relationship
- Billing data: 10 years (accounting obligation, Art. L123-22 of the French Commercial Code)
- Technical logs: 12 months maximum
- KYC documents: 5 years after the end of the contractual relationship (anti-money-laundering law)
- Geolocation data: not retained beyond the active session
- Commercial prospecting data: 3 years after the last contact
6. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights over your personal data:
- Access: obtain a copy of the data concerning you
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure: request deletion (subject to legal obligations)
- Restriction: restrict the processing of your data

7. Processors and partners
To ensure the operation of the service, we use the following processors:
- Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (payment and tradesperson KYC) — Ireland
- Brevo (transactional emails) — France/Germany
- DigitalOcean LLC (hosting) — United States, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework
- Google LLC (Maps, geolocation, address validation) — United States, certified under the EU-US DPF
- Anthropic PBC (conversational AI assistant for qualifying requests) — United States
All our processors provide sufficient guarantees regarding the protection of personal data, in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.
8. Transfers outside the EU
As some of our processors are established outside the European Union (notably in the United States), data transfers may take place. These transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and/or by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification where applicable.
9. Cookies
We use only cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the site (authentication, preferences). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are placed on yoligo.fr. You can configure your browser to refuse them, but certain features of the site may then no longer work correctly.
10. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: HTTPS encryption, password hashing, restricted access to sensitive data, regular audits, encrypted backups, access logging.
11. Complaints
