So how is Yoligo funded?
Our revenue comes entirely from partner artisans, who subscribe to a professional plan to receive qualified requests. For customers, the service is and will remain free.
Does the quote price include a commission?
No. The quote shown is the net price you pay the artisan. Yoligo adds no margin, before or after. The rate is negotiated directly with the artisan, in full transparency.
What if I don't accept any quote?
You pay nothing. No credit card is required to make a request. You're free to turn down every quote and look elsewhere, at no cost.
What does the free mediation cover?
If you disagree with the artisan (quality, price, timing, conduct), our mediation team reviews the case within 48h. Until the dispute is resolved, your payment stays held on Stripe. This service is entirely free for you.
Does emergency mode cost more?
Not for you. The artisan charges no emergency surcharge — they simply commit to stepping in within 2 hours. The hourly rate stays the one listed on their profile.
