How does emergency mode work?
By marking your request as urgent, it is sent as a priority to verified tradespeople available near you: the first one to accept will get back to you. Ideal for emergency repairs (plumbing, electrical, locksmith, heating).
Are my contact details shared with the tradesperson?
For an emergency, to move fast, your contact details are shared with the available tradespeople alerted for your emergency so that they can call you back: the first one to accept comes out. For a quote request, only the tradespeople who unlock your request receive your contact details, and their number is limited. No unsolicited sales contact, never sold on.
How long will it take for a tradesperson to get back to me?
The turnaround time depends on the tradespeople available in your area. In urgent mode, your request is prioritised so that it can be dealt with as quickly as possible.
