How long will it take for a tradesperson to get back to me?
On average, the first quote arrives in under 2 hours. In emergency situations (leaks, breakdowns, locks), expect a response within 30 to 60 minutes — including at weekends and in the evenings.
What if the tradesperson doesn’t turn up for the appointment?
Please report this to us via the platform. The tradesperson’s rating will be immediately reduced, and our team will offer you a replacement as a matter of priority. No payment will be taken until the work has been carried out.
How does mediation work in the event of a dispute?
If a dispute arises with a tradesperson (regarding quality, price or delays), you can request mediation via your customer portal. A mediator from Yoligo will review the case within 48 hours and propose a solution. Payment remains on hold whilst the dispute is ongoing.
Does AI really understand my needs?
Our AI assistant has been trained on thousands of requests from tradespeople. It can rephrase queries, ask for clarification and identify urgent matters. If your enquiry is complex, a human adviser can take over at any time.
Are my contact details shared with the tradesperson?
Only once you have approved it. Until you have accepted a quote, the tradesperson can only see your first name and the neighbourhood you live in. Your telephone number and full address remain confidential.
What happens if I don’t accept any quotes?
Nothing. You don’t pay anything, and no tradesperson will come to your home. You’re free to resubmit a request at any time, or to compare quotes on other platforms.
