Yes. You only pay the tradesperson’s accepted quote, and nothing else. Yoligo does not take any commission on your payment, does not charge any registration fees, and does not offer any paid subscriptions to private individuals.
So how is ‘Yoligo’ funded, then?
All our revenue comes from our partner tradespeople, who take out a business subscription to receive qualified enquiries. For customers, the service is and will remain free of charge.
Does the quote include a commission?
No. The quote provided is the net price you pay to the tradesperson. Yoligo does not add any mark-up, either before or after. The price is negotiated directly with the tradesperson, with complete transparency.
What if I don’t accept any of the quotes?
You don’t pay anything. No credit card details are required to make an enquiry. You are free to decline any quotes and look elsewhere, at no cost.
What does free mediation cover?
In the event of a dispute with the tradesperson (regarding quality, price, deadlines or conduct), our mediation team will review the case within 48 hours. Until the dispute is resolved, your payment will remain on hold with Stripe. This service is completely free of charge for you.
Does emergency mode cost more?
Not for you. The tradesperson does not charge an emergency surcharge — they simply undertake to arrive within 2 hours. The hourly rate remains as stated on their profile.
