Is it really 100 per cent free?

Yes. You only pay the tradesperson’s accepted quote, and nothing else. Yoligo does not add any commission to the tradesperson’s price, does not charge any registration fees, and does not offer any paid subscriptions to private individuals.

So how is ‘Yoligo’ funded, then?

Our revenue comes only from our partner tradespeople: a fixed amount to unlock an enquiry they are interested in, and a commission on jobs paid through the platform. No subscription. For customers, the service is and will remain free of charge.

Does Yoligo add a commission to the quoted price?

No. The quoted price is set by the tradesperson, and it is exactly what you pay. Yoligo’s commission comes out of the tradesperson’s share and is never added to your bill.

What if I don’t accept any of the quotes?

You don’t pay anything. No credit card details are required to make an enquiry. You are free to decline any quotes and look elsewhere, at no cost.

What if I disagree with the tradesperson?

Report it to our support team using the contact form on the website (quality, price, timing, conduct). Our team reviews your report and gets back to you. It is free for you.

Does emergency mode cost more?

Not for you. The tradesperson charges no urgency surcharge: the hourly rate stays the one shown on their profile. Urgent mode changes how your request is prioritised, not the price.
